Yoga for Connection: For Parents & Caregivers
Let’s face it, parenting can be dynamic, delightful and downright depleting. If we explore with an open heart, even the most well-intentioned and loving families may recognize a lack of true connection due to the commitments and pace of modern family life. But we can slow down and pause, re-connecting with ourselves and those we love, in an authentic way that honors each individual. Through the discussion and practice of yogic philosophy, mindfulness techniques, verbal and physical communication, the effect of breath upon reality, and remembering the joy of play we will disconnect to reconnect.
In this offering we will cover the following areas:
- Breath & Relaxation
