A Year with Jenn Wooten - Online Live

From the comfort of your own home practice with one of Yoga Yoga’s most senior teachers. Roll out your yoga mat on your deck, bedroom or living room floor for a LIVE yoga class every Sunday at 9am (CST) to learn, grow, and advance your practice.

Beginning Sunday, October 7, 2018 Jenn will offer weekly 45 minute-long classes along with a combined 15 minutes of engagement before and after the practice through the end of August, 2019. With a focus of core stabilizing flow based asana and soothing yin practices to leave you steady, calm and ready to meet the week. If you miss a week, you will have access to all previous classes.

Throughout the year Jenn will also offer Ayurvedic tips around the changing seasons.  These tips and teachings will help aid you on your path with wisdom and grace. Carve out some sacred space and time in your week.

Upon enrollment, students will be invited to the Yoga Yoga Facebook Live Private Group.

Jenn has been teaching yoga for fourteen years going. Her gift as a teacher is her ability to connect somatically and emotionally with her students to connect with the wisdom of their own bodies. She loves teaching students how to practice yoga in a way that is accessible and effective to strengthen the body, ground the nervous system and open hearts and minds. Her teaching style is loving, grounded, challenging and as irreverent as it is spiritual. She is a teachers teacher and teaches teacher trainings, retreats and workshops both locally and internationally. She continues to discover herself and the world around by rooting deeply into family and teaching while uncovering the mystery and magic that come from showing up to life as it is.
