Introduction to Sat Nam Rasayan: Healing Through Meditative Sensitivity
Sat Nam Rasayan® means to “rejuvenate through awareness of the true, divine nature of being”. It is an experience of deep meditation and relaxation that can help to release blocks in the natural flow of vitality. In this introductory class, appropriate for all levels of experience, you will practice natural healing exercises, Kundalini yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
You will experience simple ways of reducing unwanted stress and reactivity and build positive uses of the projective meditative mind. Learn to extend your yoga practice to your daily life, enjoy self-love and learn to uplift and elevate others.

about your teacher
Hari Kirin has taught Kundalini Yoga for 42 years and taught Sat Nam Rasayan for 34, with personal study with Yogi Bhajan and Guru Dev Singh. She has lead classes, workshops, and retreats in India, South America, Italy, and the United States. She currently lives in Houston. Her mission is to empower humans from birth to death, and all points in between. She has a great reverence for all spiritual paths and her personal destination is service and mastery for all with a deep abiding sense of humor.
