Our Beginners Series are constructed to give you a solid foundation in yoga so you will feel confident attending our ongoing classes on our regular schedule. Pre-registration is required.

It is a spiritual and meditative practice with a strong physical component that builds strength, health, and flexibility. The Kundalini Yoga Beginner Series will help you learn all the basic postures, breathing techniques, and mantras of this transformational yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
An unlimited month of yoga is included in your Beginners Series, so take all the yoga you want while you grow your practice!
