about your teacher
Ashley discovered Yin yoga in 2012 and has been passionate about the practice ever since. Yin Yoga is a slower, quieter practice that focuses on tractioning the joints and connective tissue, encouraging more ease in the body and an improved flow of prana / chi. This style of yoga asks us to take passive poses for longer periods of time to train our bodies and minds to slow down, listen and be more present.
