Participants are able to see and interact with everyone attending the class, including raising your hand, asking verbal questions, and sending written messages/chats to others. Participants are asked to arrange their schedule so that they can be present, relaxed, focused, and able to fully participate in these classes.

  • Each class will be recorded and available for viewing up to 45 days after the class in the event that a participant is not able to attend in real time.
