I love SRI. I wish I had been introduced to it years ago, when I was a lost, scared and hurting young girl, living the disfunction of modern family. I could haveused the healing strategies when I was a young woman, too, when I didnʼt have any solid life skill sets to draw from. Iʼm so blessed to not only know and practice SRI, but to teach it as well. This is one of my greatest gifts to the world, in addition to  being a Network Spinal Analysis Practitioner, Womanʼs Empowerment Movement Coach and Clinical Nutritionist. The gift of giving back what I learned, so that the path is not so wrought with weeds of confusion for the next person, is a gift to myself. A way to reach my hand back to someone who may be in the dark and help guide them to their own light allows me to live out my purpose. How fun is that!

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a unique body of work using your stored physical, mental and/or emotional trauma and/or stressors for your own healing, transformation and awakening. All of your needed wisdom for the evolution of your physical health, authentic range of emotion, mental clarity and focus, and connection to yourself and others lies within you to discover, simply using focused attention, breath and movement. SRI engages your range of emotion to be used as fuel for optimal health on all aspects.

Many of my clients tell me of the breakthroughs they have into the understanding of themselves, and that knowing a practical application of connecting with their own inner voice is life changing. They have a better understanding of where they were, where they are and where they are going in their lives. Change then becomes easy. Growth and transformation is possible, and not just a wish or dream. New options are available and life opens up to them in ways that were blocked before.

As humans, we donʼt come with instructions. There are many ways to get to the depth of who you are, but none quite like Somato Respiratory Integration. The exercises encourage you through movement, touch, breath and words of compassionate acceptance, to use your current situation, past hurt or future fears as fuel for your shift and change, rather than something to run from or get rid of or hide from. Life comes in seasons, referred to in SRI as the Seasons of Wellbeing.

SRI helps us to interpret what Season we are in and which one is calling and gives us a tool to acknowledge the Season we are in and move most effortlessly to the Season life is requiring us to be in. Life is painful if we are not living in or rising up to the Season we are called to be in. The goal and objective is also to reorganize to a higher level of living, not just restoring you to your previous non-extraordinary life. All of lifeʼs experience are there for us to learn from. Experiences are fuel for growth. We have to feel it to heal it. Even the pain in our physical bodies is a voice trying to get our attention. Our discontent with life is a wakeup call. The emotions of sadness, or anger and frustration can even be harnessed for you to live the real life you are meant to experience. All emotions, physical ills and mental stressorsare welcome. We are our own medicine through SRI.

We learn how to do “us” from our family and those we grew up with and looked to for guidance. If they had inferior, or less than stellar life coping strategies, and we took on their coping skills, we were off down the wrong path from the beginning.

SRI guides you down your own unique path, uses what is in the now, and uses past hurts and stories as rocket fuel for the emerging, new you. You become aware of and acknowledge and accept your current physical, mental and emotional feelings as guides, and reorganize the bound energy for fuel for you to live a more joyful, connected, centered, energetic and purposeful life.

Somato Respiratory integration is for everyone. Any person can benefit from connecting to their deepest healing potential. And each stage only takes minutes to perform. There does not have to be a crisis or injury, or life failure. Just a desire to live a more congruent, enjoyable and authentic life. However, it is also used for those slow to heal physical, mental or emotional trauma, PTSD and chronic stress sufferers. Everyday, men and women wanting to connect more to their inner rhythms of healing fall in love with SRI. Even those suffering from low self worth

due to abuse, or lack of love and support as a child, can shift that energetic pattern. It has even been taught to young children rescued from the sex trade in foreign countries, to assist in their delicate rehabilitation and encouragement of self-love.

Even elite athletes and high powered business coaches, like Tony Robbins, employ SRI strategies to take them to the next level.

I SRI when I am feeling less than the most wonderful, amazing creature that I know I am. And to remind myself who I am, why I am here and what I am made of. I SRI when I am angry, scared or frustrated when “adulting” and/or running my own business becomes crazy and life hectic. I SRI to assess, as well as access the tension in my body and body/mind to catapult me to new accomplishments. And I SRI to awaken to the most blissful, effortless aspect of my being so I donʼt forget all the beauty life has to offer each moment.

There is a Stage and Season for all of lifeʼs callings within SRI. Learning each Stage and connecting in to the most authentic way you do you is the key. Learning which part of you is asking for your attention, and you paying loving and accepting attention to these parts within a specific Stage or combination of Stages, with acknowledgement of the Seasons, is the way. Taking just a moment to listen to ourselves and feel heard is the magic. SRI is simple, easy and reproducible. You can perform most stages anywhere and anytime. I SRI, and so can you.
