Since it’s that time of year when many of us resolve to be better in some way, shape or form, perhaps you decided to establish a regular meditation practice? Sounds good, right? All the research is indicating that its one of the best things we can do for ourselves, and it seems simple enough, sit, close your eyes, and start… uh, start what exactly? Once we open the door and enter the room of meditation, we find that it's a universe and that there’s a lot of different stuff going on there! There are lots of different apps, practices, instructions, and recommendations out there! Once we get down to practice, what we find is that meditating is not as easy as it sounds.
