Jenny O, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500hr-Hatha, 500hr Kundalini, MS, began her teaching career in 2006 after yoga helped her recover from a severe injury to her spine. She has since accumulated over 1000 hours of study in multiple lineages of yoga and is now a yoga therapist certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). She incorporates movement, breath, meditation, and sound into both her public classes and private lessons, always striving to make yoga accessible to all levels and for everybody.

Shanti Kelley, McSP., C-IAYT, E-RYT500; Senior teacher within Annie Carpenter’s Smartflow system of yoga, holds 2 different 500-Hr certifications, completed a Masters program in Spiritual Psychology in 2003 and is an accredited Yoga Therapist with the IAYT. Shanti is a Level 2 iRest Practitioner-in training, for which she wrote her dissertation on the application of iRest within a Yoga Therapeutic setting; and is currently completing her Integrative Restoration certification with Richard Miller.

Kristen has first-hand experience with SI joint instability, rotator cuff injuries, trauma, as well as anxiety/depression conditions improving with the use of yogic tools. As of 2016, Kristen has participated in Prevention Magazine's Annual Women's Health Summit, as well as speaking at the University of Texas Dept. of Kinesiology & Health Education lecture hall. He went on to teach Kundalini Yoga in public schools and in drug rehabilitation programs. Siri Bahadur began practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga in 1974 in Dallas, Texas. Laura has been a guest speaker at The University of Texas, Austin, where she discussed how to bring yoga into the classroom with future PE and classroom teachers. In 2007 she wrote the yoga section of the Functional Fitness curriculum that is a PE option for AISD High School students. Laura worked at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, as an OT, teaching yoga, meditation, and life skills to teens and adults in the Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Unit. Over the years she has taught Yoga to thousands of children. Laura is the mother of two sons who inspired her efforts to share the benefits of yoga with young adults.

Stacey Loop is a certified yoga therapist and holistic health coach specializing in adapting therapeutic breath, movement, and meditation to an individual’s condition. She is passionate about education and is a lifelong student of the mind/body connection and the potential for optimal wellness. After years of working in public schools as a Special Education Teacher, her personal journey of holistic healing began when her son was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder. Intrigued by the ancient teachings of yoga and holistic health, she embarked upon an in-depth journey to acquire certifications as a yoga therapist and health coach.

David Swenson began practicing yoga at a very early age and is recognized today as one of the world’s foremost practitioners and instructors of Ashtanga Yoga. David's introduction to Ashtanga came in 1973 when he met David Williams and Nancy Gilgoff in Encinitas, California. In 1975 David and Nancy brought Sri K. Pattabhi Jois to the U.S. for the first time and at that point, David then initiated studies directly with the master. Swenson made his first trip to Mysore in 1977 and learned the full Ashtanga system as it was originally taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Today, David teaches thousands of students and teachers worldwide and has produced numerous videos, DVDs, and the popular book Ashtanga Yoga: The Practice Manual. He is known for his ability to encourage deep learning in an enjoyable environment, where fun and laughter are more than acceptable.

Stephanie Lopez, LISW-S, is Director of Operations for the Integrative Restoration Institute (IRI), Senior iRest® Trainer and IRI Retreat Leader.
