200 Hour Flow-Based Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

Our Program

For students are interested in exploring Hatha Flow, Vinyasa or Ashtanga practice, we offer Flow-Based Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. This unique 200-hour program, combines elements of our successful hatha yoga teacher training with an intense focus on the sequencing, language and classroom skills necessary to teach this a flowing practice.  Safe and effective practice and teaching requires an understanding and application of safe and creative sequencing, effective language and a strong foundation in injury prevention. Share in a community of dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers. Explore the teachings in a personal, in-depth format under the guidance of expert teachers.

Students should have a background in yoga with a regular practice and a high school degree or its equivalent.

Faculty

The Flow-Based Hatha Yoga Training program is taught by senior teacher trainers. You will get the benefits of instruction from our Teacher Training team. You will work with teachers from a wide variety of traditions so you can experience the breadth and the depth of yoga.

Certification

Become a nationally Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and receive international certification as a Hatha Yoga Teacher. Yoga Yoga Teacher Training is a nationally registered yoga school with the Yoga Alliance.

Upon completion of this 200-hour yoga teacher training course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate indicates that you have fulfilled the national requirements to become a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), the Yoga Alliance standard for teaching yoga in the United States and in other selected countries.
