"Having
the lunchtime Yoga class has definitely been a beneficial experience.
Originally, I was concerned that there might not be enough interest to
keep the program going. Instead, I am concerned about having enough space
to facilitate the number of employees who want to participate! The Yoga
Yoga instructor is marvelous. She is able to tailor the class for all
ability levels, from the first timers to the students who are more advanced
in their practice. For me personally, the positive results of the classes
have been noticeable. From a work standpoint, instead of feeling lethargic
in the afternoon, I find myself being able to concentrate and focus much
better. From a physical standpoint, the improvement in my strength and
flexibility is noticeable. I get to see these results reinforced at each
class when I am able to perform a posture with greater ease. I certainly
appreciate the convenience of being to practice yoga at work under the
guidance of an expert instructor. Thank you to Yoga Yoga for having this
service available."
