star classes at Yoga Yoga generally only cover half of the Primary
(first) series of Ashtanga. This workshop will take an in-depth
exploration of postures in the rest of the sequence. The workshop
is for anyone who has an Ashtanga star practice and
wants to learn the second half and is also for those who have already
learned these postures and want to gain a better understanding.

our lives. In this workshop we will emphasize the use of the muscle
groups around the joints to bring stability to the body and learn

the menstrual cycle. This class will be of benefit to any woman

this workshop, we will explore how our immune system can help us
recover not only from illness but also feelings of anger, self-defeat
and blame. Working through these emotions we can begin to heal.
The immune system interacts with the glandular system, central nervous
system and our emotional body. We will be experiencing Kriyas or
sets of exercises as well as meditation to boost the immune system.
