This workshop is designed to give students an introduction to a
variety of yoga styles. Following a gentle warmup, "Mini-Classes"
in the Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini traditions will be taught
to provide a frame of reference for students who are curious about
the differences in the experience of each style. Restorative postures
will be used during the relaxation period. This educational workshop
is appropriate for all levels.

There is no need to bring a mat, but if you have yoga blankets or

(shoulderstand). B.K.S Iyengar calls these poses the father and
mother of all asanas.
