In this all levels workshop, we will learn to safely and effectively develop flexibility in all areas of the body. This workshop is ideal for athletes of all types and levels, and anyone who is interested in developing their overall level of flexibility. We will move through all areas of the body exploring the areas where we commonly have tightness, neck and shoulders, hips and hamstrings.

Sacred Sexuality for Women with Mary

This workshop will explore teachings from the yoga tradition that help us restore a sacred and creative purpose to our sexuality, while living in a culture of addiction and violence. As a practice of self-respect, Sacred Sexuality can provide a self-healing orientation for reproductive health, partnership navigation, and natural childbirth as celebrations of yogini embodiment. Along with exploring energetic anatomy & conscious creativity principles, we will practice Kundalini-Shakti yoga and a long meditation to heal the feminine spirit. All levels and traditions are welcome.
