Yoga practice is about more than just asana: it`s about our whole life. In the Yoga Sutras, the sage Patanjali offers us a manual for living. In this workshop, we will explore how the foundation he lays with Kriya Yoga--consisting of tapas (health), svadhyaya (inquiry), and Isvara-pranidhana (quality of attention)--provides us with a blueprint for creating a practice that embraces our whole life. This all-levels workshop will include asana, pranayama, chanting, guided relaxation, journaling, and sharing. Participants are encouraged to bring writing materials.
