We will begin to learn to work with pre-existing injuries and avoid

behaviors and attitudes for a safer experience in led classes or
at home.

Pavanmuktasana,
or joint freeing, is a dynamic practice for the purpose
of limbering the joints, enhancing range of motion, and freeing
subtle energy flows (nadis) in the body. These simple, gentle and
comfortable exercises are a powerful practice on their own as well
as an ideal preparation for asana practice. In this workshop we
will experience a series of pavanmukasana exercises to limber all
of the joints, stimulate the digestive system and open the flow
of energy throughout the body. Suitable for everyone.
