organs, and encourage more efficient breathing. Experience in Hatha
Yoga is required for this intermediate asana workshop.

seen and used these props in yoga classes. In this workshop,
we will learn how to use different types of props
to help achieve greater depth and insight about your practice.
You can bring this knowledge with you to your classes or to your
home practice. We will do a basic standing pose sequence and
end with an inversion sequence. Some experience in Hatha is
recommended.
