Fresh juices, spiced teas and herbal elixirs have long been a part of yoga therapy and Ayurvedic practices. Yogi Tea, Golden Milk, Pomegranate-Pepper Juice, and even the magical Soma, the immortal nectar of the gods, were used in the practice of yoga to increase flexibility, strength, health, and potency. In this workshop we will explore how to use and prepare dozens of drinks to keep us juicy, as well as sampling some of these amazing tasty tonics!

Yoga for Spinal Strength & Stability with Michelle

The first part of the workshop will focus on alignment, and the second will teach you how to strengthen the spinal musculature while it is aligned correctly.
