workshop is excellent for those students who wish to delve
deeper in their inversion and backbend practice. Come learn
how to safely take your practice deeper and enjoy more freedom
and stability in your poses. Students should be able or willing
with an assist to kick up into handstand and have no major

Yin
Yoga is a great foray into meditation for those of us who
are disinclined to meditation. Learn how a Yin Yoga practice
can help open the energy meridians of the body, relax the
nervous system and prepare the mind and body for stillness
and insight. This will be a beautiful experience by candlelight.
