influence generations through the positive changes with physical
and emotional nutrition. We will explore the yoga of
prenatal food, spices, and body-mind nourishment, practice
a prenatal kundalini yoga set for strengthening digestive fire,
and a special meditation to nourish mother-power.

or guided meditation; it is a total experience that touches and
awakens all parts of your being. Join us as we experience Yoga Nidra
and learn the benefits of a Yogic Sleep. All levels are welcome.
There is no need to bring a mat, but if you have yoga blankets or
props of your own feel free to bring them.
