Creating Cohesion in the Yin Body - for women with Jenn
Sunday, April 25
2:00 pm
- 4:30 pm Yoga Yoga Westgate
Discover how building cohesion and strength to support hypermobile joints can bring steadiness, ease and groundedness into our practice and into our lives. In this workshop we will emphasize the use of the muscle groups around the joints to bring stability to the body and learn how to lengthen the muscles without putting strain on the ligaments and tendons. We will also address the needs of the yin body during the menstrual cycle. This class will be of benefit to any woman who wants to have a stronger, more stable and steady hatha practice.
