Come learn about and experience the eight major chakras (energy centers) of yoga. In this Kundalini Yoga workshop, we will explore the nature and power of the chakras that support and guide us in our lives. Through kriyas, meditation and mantra we will put our knowledge to work. This workshop is perfect for those who are curious about the use of the chakras in a yoga practice, as well as students who want a structured overview of how the chakras work. Some experience in any yoga tradition required.

Ashtanga Yoga: Refining Your Practice with Sharon
