Refund Policy
A student will receive a refund of all tuition monies paid if he/she cancels the enrollment agreement, in writing, with in 72 hours (until midnight of the 3rd day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) after the enrollment agreement is signed by the prospective student.

If tuition is collected in advance of the first day of the program, and if, after expiration of the 72-hour cancellation privilege, the student does not enter the program, the school will retain $100 of the tuition.

If a student enters the school and is terminated or withdraws, the minimum refund of the remaining tuition will be as outlined based on the 200 clock-hours of instruction.

The effective date of termination or withdrawal will be the earliest of the following:

• The last day of attendance if the student is terminated by Yoga Yoga Teacher Training;
• The date of receipt of written notice from the student; or Ten school days following the last date of attendance
  
  

Tuition is charged for all hours scheduled prior to official termination or withdrawal.

• Less than 72 hours after the enrollment agreement is signed, or until classes have begun, the student will receive back 100% of the tuition paid; or
• After 72 hours after the enrollment agreement is signed, but during the first week or 20 hours of class, whichever is less, 90% of the tuition; or
• After the first week or 20 hours, whichever is less, but within the first 3 weeks or 40 hours, 80% if the tuition; or
• After the first 3 weeks, or 40 hours of the program, whichever is less, but within the first 50 hours, 75% of the tuition; or
• After the first 50 hours, but before first 100 hours completed, 50% of the tuition; or
• After the first 100 hours, but before the first 150 hours completed, 10% of the tuition; or
• After the first 150 hours, 0% of the tuition

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the earliest of:

• The effective date of termination if the student is terminated, or
• The date of receipt of written notice of withdrawal from the student, or
• 10 instructional days following the first day of the program if the student fails to enter.

If Yoga Yoga Teacher Training cancels a program, all tuition paid will be refunded. If the student cancels after the class is in progress or misses hours during the program, there is no refund.

Refunds will be totally consummated within 60 days after the effective date of termination.
