Hatha Teacher Training FAQ

Integrate mind and body. . .

Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice of transformative self-realization through integrating mindful and challenging physical postures with breathing practices, concentration, and meditation.

Classical Hatha Yoga incorporates the physical discipline and emphasis on yoga postures, known as asanas, with practices to address our mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. Conscious breathing techniques, known as pranayama, rejuvenate the body and the mind of the practitioner. Concentration and meditation practices, known as Dharana and Dhyana cultivate even-mindedness, allowing one to cultivate mental and spiritual well-being.

Explore more than Asana. . .

The Yoga Yoga Hatha Teacher Training Program gives you a safe and thorough training in many of the deeper practices of Hatha yoga, not just in Asana. We delve into breathing and meditation practices, and also explore the philosophical and historical precepts underlying yoga practice. This broad-based teacher training program reveals both Yoga’s ancient roots, and its modern blossoming.
