Nam!
This 200-hour program is for Kundalini Yoga teachers and students
who want to learn and teach Hatha Yoga. You will receive certification
as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in Hatha Yoga while
participating in one of the largest Kundalini Yoga communities in
the country.
The
program meets for one week in November, February and May at the
Yoga Yoga Studios in Austin, Texas. Inexpensive shared housing is
available in the local Kundalini community. Click
here for more information on shared housing.
The
course is led by Guru Karam Kaur, co-founder of Yoga Yoga and a
KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer. Other faculty members include
dual certified teacher trainers in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
The
program consists of 180 hours of classroom instruction in Hatha
Yoga Teacher Training and 20 hours of outside class observation
and homework.
This is the same program Yoga Yoga has used to train hundreds of
successful Hatha teachers.
In
addition to the Hatha Yoga training classes, there are optional
