Healthcare Professionals 300-hour Teacher Training

Upcoming Program

Nov. 1, 2013 - June 15, 2014

Study

Yoga Yoga Teacher Training for Healthcare Professionals is a 300-hour comprehensive training in the tools and techniques of adapting yoga for a healing context. Yoga’s understanding of the human system is inherently holistic and meant to be adapted to serve students of all levels, with all conditions; chronic and acute, across all stages of the disease process. This comprehensive training focuses equally on the concrete ways to integrate yoga with western healthcare modalities, in addition to the practical applications for working with students and clients. We offer a balanced, well-rounded presentation of the theoretical concepts used in student and client care.

Practice
Each weekend focuses on evidence-based content as well as a deep respect for the yoga tradition, which has been used by countess students, teachers and seekers for thousands of years.
