Star classes are excellent for beginners as well as students who want to strengthen and refine their practice. These classes cover yogic principles, alignment, and the mechanics of postures and sequences so that students build and maintain a strong yoga practice. We recommend previous Hatha Yoga experience before attending and Ashtanga Star or Hatha Flow Star class.
