Partner Thai Yoga Basics
with Jenn Wooten
February 27-28, 2010

Thai Yoga with Jenn Wooten The Thai culture has long used a fusion of yoga and massage as a traditional healing therapy. The principles of Thai Yoga Massage draw from the traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda and the Buddhism. Sometimes called “Lazy Man’s Yoga”, receiving Thai massage is like a Yoga practice without having to exert any effort. The effect is both deeply relaxing and energizing.

In this clinic, you will learn and practice gentle passive stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, palming and gentle rocking techniques. This 2 day clinic is perfect for students of all levels interested in this therapy as a complement to their yoga practice, for yoga teachers who want a deeper understanding of body mechanics while making physical adjustments, and for those who just want to spend an afternoon practicing lazy man’s yoga.

Come with a partner, or meet a new friend!
