Winter Solstice Sun Celebration
Sunday, December 20 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Come join us in the true spirit of the holidays as we celebrate the return of the sun and the lengthening of the days with the arrival of Winter Solstice. We will practice several sun meditations and exercises to create a radiant inner light for the dark night of the year. We will warm-up with a short series of Sun Salutations that use the eight traditional ancient names for the sun and then move into a rarely taught and powerful sequence of Kundalini yoga practices to welcome the arrival of the Sun on Solstice day. This meditation series uses sound, movement, and mantra and can be traced back to over 1500 years ago when it was used to gain the expansion of consciousness that the sun represents. This is truly an experience of the Sun's Day that will leave you brightened, enlightened, and elevated.

Cost: $40   •   Click here to register.
