Gurucharan
Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., is a psychotherapist, teacher, writer, and a world-recognized
expert in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He heads a business consulting
firm, has a broad-based therapy practice, instructs at MIT, and directs
a large community of yoga practitioners. Khalsa is an expert in the mind
and in the applied psychology of meditation and peak performance. He is
coauthor, with Yogi Bhajan, of Breathwalk: Breathing Your Way to a Revitalized
Body, Mind and Spirit.
Dr.
Khalsa is an expert in the mind and in the applied psychology of meditation
and peak performance. He has consulted to top companies such as Arthur
Andersen and Mercer. His focus has been on executive coaching, conflict
resolution, stress management, creativity and the interface of high information
technology with optimal human performance.
He
has done original research on the cognitive and physiological impact of
meditation, authored many texts on yoga, designed social programs, and
trained counselors. He is the director of training for the Kundalini Research
Institute.
Besides
