Gong Yoga Therapy: Clearing the Past
Saturday, June 14, 12:30-6:00pm

The yogis say that each person brings with them into each lifetime the scars from childhood or past lives called samscaras, which often manifest as blocks or challenges in our lives. Until the past is cleared, we run on old scripts, unhealthy habits and reactive emotions that can sabotage our happiness.

Using the sound of the gong, yoga postures and breathing, meditation and guided deep relaxation, we can access these past patterns and release them forever, freeing ourselves to fulfill our purpose in life.

Cost: $75 or register for both Saturday and Sunday for $125

Gong Yoga Therapy: Awakening Intuition
Sunday, June 15, 12:30-6:00pm

Our greatest teacher is our inner teacher - our guiding intuition. When we fully awaken our intuition, we can see the underlying patterns of our lives and know the next steps to take to create optimal situations for our souls' purpose.

For hundreds of years, the meditative practice of yoga and the sound of the gong have been used to awaken the sixth chakra, the third eye and the center of our intuitive faculty.

Using the guided deep relaxation and visualizations of Yoga Nidra and the gong, we will learn to access our inner teacher and align ourselves with our true purpose and intention.

Cost: $75 or register for both Saturday and Sunday for $125

What is Gong Yoga?

About the Teachers

What is Gong Yoga™?
Gong Yoga uses the musical sound of the gong to create an extended state of spontaneous meditation and therapeutic relaxation that facilitates the movement of prana (vital life energy) through the body for healing. It is an integration of Nada Yoga (yoga of sound), Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and Kundalini Yoga (yoga of awareness).

The use of the gong in yoga and meditation can be linked back in time to Northern India where it was played by Kundalini Yoga masters to awaken the intuitive faculties and create a transcendent state of being.

The practice of Gong Yoga begins with ancient Kundalini Yoga kriyas (sequences of asanas, mudras, bhandas, paranayams, and mantras) to open the flow of energy in order to create a receptive body-mind state for guided deep relaxation and meditation. While in the state of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), the gong is played to clear the different spheres of consciousness and to awaken the participant practitioner to a transcendent state of awareness.
