Saturday, January 9
8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

We are all born knowing how to dance and this inherent movement is well-documented as one of the oldest planetary yogas extending back 40,000 years and beyond and yet we can forget about the liberating wisdom of our original movement. Experience a yogic process based in sahaja yoga - the spontaneous awakening - that naturally gets our lifeforce moving to a pulse of music that no body can resist. For soul rebels to the rhythmically challenged, movement is the great vehicle for both change and integration.

Passion burns down every branch of exhaustion.
Passion is the supreme alchemical elixir, and renews all things.
No-one can grow exhausted when passion is born.
So don't sigh heavily…
Let the fire of divine passion triumph, and rebirth you in yourself.

- Rumi, translated by Andrew Harvey
