The
turning of the year is an opportunity to embody our intentions for
the New Year as a living reality. In this weekend intensive, Shiva
offers the essential fire-keeping practices from her own journey
to ignite, sustain, transform and enliven our life-energy. Integrating
root teachings from Tantra, Ayurveda and Bhakti Yoga with Shiva's
creative innovations of Vinyasa Flow, each class will be a complete
journey with movement meditations, prana flow namaskars (sun salutation
variations), kriyas, sequencing of peak asanas, pranayama, mantra
japa and intention offerings. You will leave rejuvenated and empowered
to tend the fire in your deepest core as a way of living the flow
of yoga.

Yoga
Trance Dance™
Saturday, January 9
8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
We are all born knowing how to dance and this inherent movement is
well-documented as one of the oldest planetary yogas extending back
40,000 years and beyond and yet we can forget about the liberating
wisdom of our original movement. Experience a yogic process based
in sahaja yoga - the spontaneous awakening - that naturally gets our
lifeforce moving to a pulse of music that no body can resist. For
soul rebels to the rhythmically challenged, movement is the great
vehicle for both change and integration.

Passion
burns down every branch of exhaustion.
Passion is the supreme alchemical elixir, and renews all things.
No-one can grow exhausted when passion is born.
So don't sigh heavily…
Let the fire of divine passion triumph, and rebirth you in yourself.
- Rumi, translated by Andrew Harvey
