Meeting Buddha, Being Buddha:
Buddha was a Yogi Enlightened Living in Daily Life
Drawing upon the life of Buddha as someone who followed his heart's deepest longing and realized the ultimate goal of freedom from suffering, Richard unfolds the cosmology of Yoga from its dualistic roots in Samkhya-Patañjali, to the nondual teachings of Advaita, Kashmir Tantra, and Buddhism. This is the hero's journey of radical self-acceptance that we all must take to realize our unconditioned freedom.
Whether you're simply curious about Yoga and Buddhism, a student new or old, or a mature practitioner of meditation, this class will deepen and inform your understanding of the Sacred Mystery that underlies all of life.
Liberation reveals freedom from suffering that is absolute and final. Samkhya-Patañjali
The wise are always one with the absolute. Advaita Nondualism
In this there is the realization that 'I' and 'everything' are not separate. Unqualified Kashmir Tantra
This I call the unborn is without support, development, or foundation, the existence of which makes possible freedom from suffering and from death.Buddha

Experiencing the Nondual Teachings:
Living Your Nondual Presence with Source Yoga
"The heart of Yoga is the path, the means, and the realization of our natural state of Being, which is unequivocal Presence that is always awake, aware, peaceful, compassionate, and loving." Richard Miller
Source Yoga (Sanskrit: Trika = Source or true Nature) is a form of meditative yoga derived from ancient tantric nondual wisdom teachings, which reveals your body as radiant and spacious vibration, and directly discloses your true nature as unconditioned Presence. Drawing upon traditional Yoga postures (hatha yoga) that include dynamic and static postural flows, skillful breathing practices (pranayama), and iRest meditation (Yoga Nidra), Richard presents this exquisite and rarely taught meditative approach to Yoga. Source Yoga teaches you how to use asana, pranayama, and meditation not just as a portal for health and healing, but as a gateway to awakening and knowing yourself as pure, radiant, and transcendent Being, in every moment of your life, which is the ultimate goal of Yoga. This class consists of periods of guided hatha yoga postural flows integrated with breath, movement, pranayama, meditation, self-inquiry, and dialogue.
Gather with your community of like-minded practitioners and inquire into the native ground of your timeless Presence through the nondual wisdom teachings of Source Yoga, which offers direct and clear practices for revealing your true nature as undivided Wholeness. This workshop emphasizes the integration of these precious teachings into daily living.
Source Yoga enables you to recover and embody your innate disposition as infinite and radiant, which heals your illusory experience of separation and awakens your true nature as spacious Presence that is wide-awake, fearless, joyful, compassionate, loving, and kind. Source Yoga integrates attention, sensation, emotions, thoughts, movement, and breathing, and teaches you how to move beyond the limitations of your physical, psychological, and mental conditioning, freeing you to directly experience your native ease of Being as undivided Presence in every moment.
As boundaries of separation dissolve you awaken as witnessing Presence that is undisturbed by the movements of life. This is enlightenment of the whole body where everything is realized to be the Self and the entire universe Its body. In awakening to Presence we behold with wonder, delight, and astonishment the living truth that everything is a perfect expression of the Oneness that we are.

| "Richard
Miller has an exceptional breadth of knowledge drawing from his diverse
training in yoga, his clinical experience as a psychologist and his
uncompromising commitment to sharing non-dual teachings. More than
this knowledge, however, is the authentic warmth and sense of caring
that he brings to each and every student with whom he works. His research
into the wider application and uses of Yoga Nidra is ground breaking:
bringing a centuries old Tantric technique into the homes and lives
of modern people with real life concerns." - Donna
