of frustration and possible injury. In day one, skeletal differentiations
will be explored as well as the concept of tension versus compression.
Learn through explorations in your own body!

Chakra
Theory and Meditation
Friday January 30th, 1:00 - 4:00
Yoga Yoga Westgate
Chi (prana) is the energy that animates the
body, Meridians are the channels in which Chi flows, and Chakras are
spiritual centers in the brain and spine that control the flow of
Chi. The fundamental premise of Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga and Taoism
is that these energies need to be brought under the Yogi's control
if the mind is to be calmed and the Self revealed. This class will
explore some practices from Paul's DVD "Chakra Theory and Meditation".
Cost: $50 ($60 after Jan 1)
