Ayurveda: The Science of Health and Longevity
A six-week special series with Craig Williams

January 19 - February 23 at Yoga Yoga 360

Ayurveda or the "science of longevity" is one the greatest gifts of Indian culture. Although sprouting from Indian soil, Ayurveda is beyond culture limitations and speaks to the heart of all people in all cultures. In this 6 week series, we will explore this Indian system of medicine and examine how Ayurveda is truly humanity's birthright. We will reveal how to live in harmony with our bodies, mind and environment, both local and universal. We will examine methods to rejuvenate and revitalize our bodies, minds and spirit and learn to reconnect with the deepest parts of our Soul to return to our birthright: inner peace, health and happiness.

This six week series meets Tuesday nights, 7:30-9:00 p.m., on the following dates:
January 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23

About Craig

Craig Williams (Shambhu-Das) is a Clinical Herbalist and Acupuncturist in private practice specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Yoga. He holds a Master' Degree in Oriental Medicine and is a Professional Member of the American Herbalist Guild. Craig is the recipient of the prestigious "Veda Kovid" title awarded by David Frawley and the American Institute of Vedic Studies recognizing extensive training in the Vedic Sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga, Jyotish and Vedanta. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies with a focus on Hindu Studies and has studied Mantra therapy with Thomas Ashley-Farrand.
