GIFT IDEAS FROM YOGA YOGA FOR A HEALTHTY AND HAPPY NEW YEAR
Stocking Stuffer gift certificates are the most popular item for holiday giving.

Austin, Texas - (November 28, 2006) One in five Americans is worried that holiday stress could affect their physical health, according to the American Psychological Association. Among the many benefits of practicing yoga is stress reduction, which makes this ancient technology a popular gift idea for the holidays. Because the practice can be modified to address individual needs, yoga is a gift that fits almost everyone on the shopping list, including co-workers, friends, and significant others.

•The best gift you can give to those who are dear to you is a healthier, less stressful, and more productive 2007," explains Mehtab Benton, founder of Yoga Yoga. "Giving Yoga Yoga gift certificates is easy and a real treat for the recipient. With yoga, they have a tool to improve their health, relieve stress, and increase energy levels that contribute to greater productivity at work and home."

The most popular item for holiday giving at Yoga Yoga is a "Stocking Stuffer" gift certificate, which includes five single yoga class coupons in a festive package ready to give for $55. (Single classes are regularly $16. That's a discount of $5 per class!) Stocking stuffers can be used as five individual gifts or one special present.

In addition to the special Stocking Stuffer gift certificates for yoga classes, general Yoga Yoga gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination and redeemed for yoga classes or for items in the retail section of Yoga Yoga. Among the selection of gift items available at Yoga Yoga's four convenient locations are yoga clothing, books, CDs, yogi tea, and other wellness related products.
