The Natural Epicurean

When the owners of Yoga Yoga got together 10 years ago, the vision was to be more than a typical yoga studio. We created one of the first teacher training programs in the country that offered several styles of yoga. We added multiple locations to display the wide range of yoga available to people of all ages and backgrounds. And last year we introduced one of the first Ayurvedic Spas into a yoga center environment. Recently we moved into Yoga Therapeutics with our YogaSolve™ programs, bringing the benefits of yoga to the medical community by working with professional health care providers.

As we saw all the positives that yoga and a healthy lifestyle could bring to the Austin community, we knew there was more for us to do.

In December, 2009, Yoga Yoga assumed the operations of The Natural Epicurean, a true Austin original. In many ways, this is a natural step for us to take. Yoga is best experienced as a complete lifestyle and food is what brings the prana, the vital life force, into our lives.
