Sadhana

Sadhana is a daily personal practice. In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, it is suggested that a personal practice be done early in the morning, ideally before sunrise! This is the optimal time for spiritual practice and it prepares you for the day ahead. However, a sadhana practice can be done at any time.

Sadhana can be a few minutes of meditation when you wake in the morning, it can be a yoga class you attend, or it can be any spiritual practice.

It is a practice of connecting to your spirit in a focused and conscious way!

"All these changes that you are seeing in your personality did not happen because you got counseled, or your teacher was great. You all changed because you wanted to change and you did sadhana. Sadhana changed you...The ultimate approach is when you want to change and you do sadhana." - Yogi Bhajan

At Yoga Yoga, we host Sadhana every day at 4:30 AM, Yoga Yoga Westgate.

This sadhana, taught in the Kundalini tradition, includes yoga and a series of sadhana mantras. Everyone is welcome to attend!
