Come for an afternoon of purifying vinyasa flow designed to detoxify and cleanse the organs and systems of our body and clear the mind. This sequence will focus on twists, inversions and forward bends to assist in revitalizing the organs and systems of the body that can become loaded down with toxins during the holiday season. All levels Vinyasa Flow.

This workshop introduces students to the traditional form of Ashtanga Yoga practice. With one on one assistance from a teacher, each student can work on the first and/or second series sequence with individualized pacing and modifications.

Kundalini Kriya Workout focuses on physical kriyas and deep meditation, given at length as suggested by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Students can expect to work the physical and mental bodies to prepare for deep meditation, followed by gong relaxation. Familiarity with Kundalini Yoga is suggested.
