Come for an afternoon of purifying vinyasa flow designed to detoxify and cleanse the organs and systems of our body and clear the mind. This sequence will focus on twists, inversions and forward bends to assist in revitalizing the organs and systems of the body that can become loaded down with toxins during the winter months.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practice sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is open to students of all ages, office workers and abilities but is designed for students who are dealing with injuries or disabilities, preventing them from getting up and down from the floor.

Exploring the Mysore practice with Rhonda & Steven

Ahstanga Yoga originated with K. Patabi Jois in Mysore India. There a student comes and does a "self-paced" yoga practice, what we call "Mysore". Surprisingly most of us learn Ashtanga yoga backwards. We go to led classes first and only sometime later we might try a Mysore class.

Come get a solid foundation for a personal meditation practice. In this workshop we will focus on learning traditional approach to meditation, as well as pranyama tips to establish an ongoing practice, and a few techniques to quiet the mind. We will discuss what meditation is and why we meditate. Why mediation is so good for us and how Meditation assists us in observing and calming the mind, allowing for us to discover the fundamental truth, which waits patiently within. Appropriate for all levels.

Take your Ashtanga practice beyond the Fundamental/Star class level with an in-depth experience of the second “rocking and rolling” half of primary series. Play with modifications and techniques to work toward full expression of the postures. This workshop is appropriate for all levels, especially those wishing to expand their Ashtanga primary practice.
