In this workshop we will focus on what it means to set an intention and how to do so in Asana, public classes, and daily life. We will use text from the Yoga Sutra to study the power of this meditative practice, and discuss tools to direct and focus the mind. We will also explore various ideas for setting intentions to get you started. Plant the seeds of your Sankalpa and cultivate fruition. This workshop will involve discussion, study, and a guided asana practice.
