A “Yin” style yoga practice is mindful and deliberate, exploring specific seated and supine poses for several minutes at a time. The practice stimulates and opens the energy meridians of the subtle body and releases constrictions in the connective tissues—the muscle fascia in particular. It has been described as a “needleless acupuncture session” for the body.

What is prosperity to you? How do you get what you want out of life? In this Kundalini yoga workshop, we will go beyond the usual kriyas and meditations for prosperity. We will delve into how to open your life to receive all the gifts the universe has for you. Learn how to give yourself the gift of successful living and the attitude of gratitude, through the breath, mantra and meditation.

Come for an afternoon of purifying vinyasa flow designed to detoxify and cleanse the organs and systems of our body and clear the mind. This sequence will focus on twists, inversions and forward bends to assist in revitalizing the organs and systems of the body that can become loaded down with toxins during the holiday season. Kundalini Kriya Workout focuses on physical kriyas and deep meditation, given at length as suggested by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Students can expect to work the physical and mental bodies to prepare for deep meditation, followed by gong relaxation. Familiarity with Kundalini Yoga is suggested.
