In this 12-week special series we will utilize tools within the book The Artist’s Way by Julie Cameron, and combine it with a yoga practice to reveal your inner artist.
We will begin each class with a yoga and meditation practice dedicated to each week’s theme from the book and end class with discussion about the weekly readings and affirmations.
Plan to experience new ways of expressing yourself and creativity in your everyday activities. This special series is for anyone curious about themselves and looking for some new creative energy.

Robin 'Dharampal' Bruce is a singer, songwriter, and creative enthusiast. Her work with the Artist's Way has helped her experience creativity as a tool for transformation and growth. Her belief is that we are all artists and need only tap into the well of creativity within each of us. Through her own creative recovery, she shares a wealth of information and experience to help others experience their own inner artist.
Robin Dharampal Bruce
Robin Bruce’s healing journey began 10 years ago when she experienced back pain and consequently started practicing kundalini yoga. She was surprised to find that much of her physical pain had emotional origins and kundalini meditation helped resolve it. To learn more about the art of healing with meditation, she studied with Guru Dev Singh in Italy and Mt. Shasta. Robin offers rare kundalini meditations that help the healing process. She believes we are all in a state of healing, in a search to align with our true nature and kundalini meditation has been that aligning tool for Robin. After 10 years of practice she still has new experiences and is never bored. She is thankful for the physical injuries of her past because it motivated her search for the internal cause of her physical discomfort. Students can expect to learn meditation techniques to use in their everyday life to connect with themselves to live with awareness and compassion.
