According to Ayurveda, each of us has a unique mind-body constitution that consists of a particular combination of three energies, or doshas, called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Your primary dosha points to your natural tendencies, strengths and weaknesses, as well as the ways in which you’re most likely to fall out of balance. Come learn the tell-tale signs of each constitutional type and some common imbalances, and leave with some powerful guidelines to restore balance. (FREE event, please reserve your space early)
