at Yoga Yoga 360
The windy season of Vata can often leave us feeling fatigued, scattered, forgetful or restless - and often a little dried up. During this workshop from 2 - 4:30 pm, we will explore a nourishing routine of warmth and serenity, through ayurvedic-based practices of asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, diet and nutrition that are intended to assist with the taming of vayu - the wind- in preparation for a healthy transition into spring.
