Restorative Yoga: The supportive postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing. This workshop from 2 - 4:30 pm is ideal for those going through a stressful time and suffering from illness, injury or major life changes. Postures are held for an extended time (up to 20 minutes) with the support of props. The use of Tibetan bowls and the Gong are to help the student into a deeper, more relaxed state of relaxation and healing.
