In this two-day event, take a journey to unravel layers of physical and emotional tension using the regenerative moon practices of yoga.
Experience unique sequences of yin yoga postures to release chronically held patterns of tension in the joints and connective tissue, restorative yoga postures to nourish the organs and glands, and guided deep relaxation / yoga nidra journeys to gently encourage the release of deeply held tension and subconscious patterning. The weekend will be accompanied by Sapphire’s serenade, Everitt's healing Tibetan bowls and the gong.
Day one prepares you for the deeper work of day two, but each day is also available separately. Don’t miss two of Yoga Yoga’s most beloved teachers for one incredible weekend experience.

1 - 4: pm each day
Both days: $95
Individual day: $60

** Full weekend participants will be entered to win giveaways each day including CDs, eye pillows, a spa treatment and other fun surprises!**

Everitt teaches Restorative and Kundalini Yoga at our studios. He believes that yoga can be practiced at any age, and welcomes students of all ages to his classes. Everitt completed Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Yoga in 2006, then graduated from Kundalini Level One in 2007. He has studied Hatha and Restorative Yoga with Donna Farhi, Vinyaskrama with Srivatsa Ramaswami and completed Relax and Renew Training (for Restorative Yoga) with Judith Lasater. He is also working on completion of Kundalini Teacher Training Level 2 with Yoga Yoga.

Sapphire has deep roots in the world of yoga and first started to study and practice with her father who is a yoga teacher in Tucson, Arizona. Her passion and devotion has led her to study and teach Kundalini in addition to Hatha style classes. She has recently expanded her expertise to include Yin yoga, a very meditative, simple and uncomplicated practice, where longer held floor postures are used to stimulate connective tissue. Sapphire highly recommends students to move at their own pace. She holds great reverence for the healing aspect of yoga.
