at Yoga Yoga North
Often times in our lives, we find ourselves following momentum and doing the habitual; sometimes, even our practice becomes a habit, another one of the things we do. Join us from 2 - 4:30 pm as we use the time and space that we co-create to explore developing more awareness in our practice, and ultimately within ourselves. Placing intention into each of our movements allows for moving meditation – the practice as physical prayer. This devotional flow will help move you from reacting to momentum and the habitual into creating intention and ritual – students are encouraged to bring small personal items to create individual altars as well as any offerings that will come together to co-create a communal altar for our practice. Some flow experience helpful, an open heart is a must!
