Ivy Ingram
Ivy Ingram, M.A., is a certified Ayurvedic health practitioner and yoga instructor. She received her Ayurveda certification from Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico and studied Ayurvedic nutrition, herbs, spiritual practices, panchakarma theory and hands-on therapies in southern India for six months under the guidance of Dr. A.R. Ramadas. She is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medicine Association and the International Association of Yoga Therapists, has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Boston College, a bachelor’s degree in literature from Brown University, and a life-long commitment to helping people find their own path to health and joy.
