Delve Deeper
If you are looking to deepen your yoga practice or explore another style of yoga, our Foundation Series is a great way to strengthen your understanding of the various lineages we offer, including Hatha, Flow-Based Hatha or Kundalini Yoga. Weekend workshops are another way to further explore elements of your practice. These special two-and-a-half hour classes offered on Saturdays and Sundays allow you to spend more time with your favorite teachers and focus on special topics. We also regularly have nationally recognized guest teachers visit our Centers for special events trainings and classes.

At Yoga Yoga, we believe wellness is an overarching lifestyle choice that goes far beyond simply practicing yoga. Take care of yourself off the mat at our 360 Wellness Spa, where you can experience ayurvedically-inspired treatments, including facials, dosha balancing, massage and more.

Holistic Health
Diet is also an integral component of any healthy lifestyle. Yoga Yoga has partnered with The Natural Epicurean cooking school, one of the only plant-based, professional training chef training programs in the country. We train our chefs in the theory and practice of meal planning within following disciplines including macrobiotic, vegetarian, vegan, ayurvedic, and raw and living foods.
