Getting Started

Whether you’ve enrolled in a Foundation Series or are about to take your first class with one of our amazing teachers—where do you go from here?

At Yoga Yoga we offer a variety of classes for every level of student:

Our $99 Foundation Series meets twice a week for a month and lays the best foundation for a yoga practice. Foundation Series are appropriate for new students or anyone who wants to experience a new style of yoga—Hatha, Flow-Based Hatha or Kundalini.

Hatha Star*, Kundalini Star*, Ashtanga Star*, Restorative, Deep Relaxation and Gentle classes are all beginner-friendly. Teachers offer ample guidance through simple yoga postures and breath work.

No two Star* classes are exactly the same. Our teachers have their own unique backgrounds and education to bring to their classes, ranging from yoga therapists who specialize in injury recovery to Anusara Inspired ™ teachers who specialize in proper alignment. Hatha, Kundalini and Kundalini of Sound classes are designed for students who are familiar with basic yoga poses and would like to deepen their yoga practice.

Hatha Flow, Vinyasa and Ashtanga are the most vigorous styles of yoga. A solid foundation in Hatha Yoga is recommended before attending these classes.

Prenatal, Postnatal and Children’s classes are appropriate for all levels.

Immerse yourself more deeply in your yoga practice with one of our Special Series, which teaches an ongoing progression of classes over the course of several weeks or months.

Commit to a regular practice each month.
