Yoga comes in many flavors, styles, and types. For every person, and for every stage in a person's life, there is a yoga style that will work best. At Yoga Yoga, we offer three major yoga styles, as well as many other different kinds of classes.

If you're looking to get a solid foundation in Hatha, Hatha Flow, or Kundalini yoga, try a Foundation Series! We also offer Private Yoga Classes for those who would like one-on-one instruction.

So which style of yoga is the right one for you? Try them all over time. You may find that on different days, different styles and teachers work best for you. To get you started, here are the major styles of yoga and classes we offer. Click on each style below for further information. You may also want to read over some guidelines for our Class Etiquette.

More Workshop Opportunities in January!
One great change we're making to our schedule in January is to offer more workshops and series to address special interests. Many students have been asking for yoga classes for stress, or to support weight loss, or to learn more about philosophy, or what food to be eating to improve their yoga practice. We listened, and we're creating a full range of programs we're calling Yoga Plus (or Yoga+)! Keep an eye out for these classes, and talk to your center manager to find out more or suggest some classes you'd like to see us offer.

Private Consultations

Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. Private Yoga is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience.

More About Postnatal

Yoga for the entire family! Whether you are expecting or the parent of a toddler we have a class for you.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that awakens awareness. It uses sets of yogic postures and movements (asana) with meditative focus, breath work (pranayama), and chanting (mantra).

Flow-Based Hatha Yoga classes sequence movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Flow-Based Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and creates a strong cardiovascular workout.

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation.
