This series, designed for the young-at-heart, 50-ish crowd, and for those requiring more modifications due to limited mobility or challenges in the wrists or shoulders. This series will focus on building strength, bone density and joint health. Specifically designed yoga sequencing will give you a jump start and get you back on track to creating more focus, balance, core strength, confidence, energy and overall health!
