Whether you're a beginner, new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, returning to practice after time away or just want to strengthen the core of your practice—the Beginners Series will benefit you. Choose the series that suits you best, based on your interests and what you're looking to get from your practice; each style offers slightly different elements in addition to general stress relief.
Currently, we offer a Beginners Series in Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini. You will learn the elements fundamental to the practice— both the how and the why—and have a great time doing it! All yoga promotes stress relief, relaxation, overall health and well- being, and we're always happy to help you choose a Beginners Series that works best for you.
Hatha and Ashtanga Beginners Series: $99
(Eight 75-minute classses per schedules below)
Personalized Beginners Series: Add two private lessons to your Beginners Series for just $100 (regularly $190!)
Add an Unlimited Pass on to your Beginners Series: $29 more (attend any regular classes at any time or location for the duration of the Beginner Series)

Choose your style, location and times from the upcoming schedule below, call or stop by the desk at any Yoga Yoga location, to register for any future Hatha Beginners Series, Flow- based Hatha Beginners Series, or Kundalini Beginngers Series. Classes meet twice a week for four weeks.
